Embellir la rue avec des arbres, plantes, bancs, poubelles et œuvres d’art, tout en conservant son rôle d’artère ouverte, créant un espace accueillant pour piétons et automobilistes.

Maintenir l’accès automobile tout en renforçant la sécurité, essentielle dans ce secteur, face aux défis de sécurité actuels, avec un meilleur éclairage et des patrouilles du SPVM.
Ajouter des arbres, bancs, poubelles et œuvres d’art pour une rue attrayante.
Permettre des fermetures estivales, en accord avec les commerçants et résidents, pour des animations festives qui dynamisent l’économie locale, tout en évitant une fermeture permanente qui pourrait nuire aux affaires.

Mener des consultations publiques via des forums ouverts avec commerçants, résidents et le SPVM avant toute modification à Sainte-Catherine Est, pour refléter les besoins réels.
Garantir l’accès automobile tout en créant un lieu vibrant avec des terrasses dynamiques et des festivals de musique et d’art, favorisant une ambiance festive et une augmentation des ventes grâce à l’afflux de visiteurs.
